E-J Electric Installation Co.
Morrisville, Pennsylvania, USA

Role: Contractor's scheduler for the electrical scope
What we did: Electrical baseline, weekly and monthly updates, completion forecasts and early warning on trade interfaces across 12 room groups and L1 to L5 commissioning.
Result: Baseline, monthly updates and manpower histogram accepted.

Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA

Role: Contractor's scheduler for the electrical scope
What we did: Baseline for four GPU halls, 36 electrical rooms and MV rooms, with testing sequenced through L3, L4 and L5 commissioning. Weekly and monthly updates and forecasts.
Result: Baseline, monthly updates and manpower histogram accepted.

MTA Construction & Development
Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and Staten Island, New York

Role: General contractor's scheduler
What we did: Design-build baseline covering 30/60/90% design, permits, long-lead elevators and switchgear, and station construction through commissioning. Supported the risk analysis.
Result: Baseline accepted.

Metro / transit

NJ Transit
Perth Amboy, New Jersey

Role: Owner-side schedule reviewer
What we did: Monthly review of contractor updates, recovery schedules and time impact analyses for two new 965 ft platforms and four elevators, phased by track.
Result: Flagged schedule manipulation in the contractor's updates to the owner.

Role: Owner-side scheduler and reviewer
What we did: Consolidated schedule combining owner milestones, the designer schedule and the CMAR construction schedule, with monthly reports, update and TIA reviews, and what-if analysis for iGMP packages.

Line structure

MTA Construction & Development / NYC Transit
Upper Manhattan, New York

Role: Scheduler
What we did: Baseline schedule for tunnel structure repairs on two subway lines, with weekend and multi-week General Order track outages built into the logic.

Bridge

NYC Department of Transportation
Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx, New York

Role: Owner-side schedule reviewer
What we did: Monthly review of contractor updates, recovery schedules and time impact analyses across nine bridges with staged traffic control.
Result: Flagged schedule manipulation in the contractor's updates to the owner.

New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA)
Manhattan, New York (13 buildings)

Role: Owner-side schedule reviewer
What we did: Monthly review of contractor updates, recovery schedules and time impact analyses for building-by-building replacement with temporary boilers kept in service.
Result: Flagged schedule manipulation in the contractor's updates to the owner.

Role: Scheduler
What we did: Preliminary baseline for 127 sites in 7 packages, covering investigations, design, utility relocation, ADA ramps, signals and resurfacing.

Aviation

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
Key West, Florida

Role: Scheduler and estimator
What we did: Design-to-handover construction schedule and conceptual cost estimate for a 95 ft standard tower, checked against the FAA site budget.
